You agree not to:
• Submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Use bots or automation to manipulate ratings
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Harass or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
VoteMyAI is specifically for AI-generated music. By submitting tracks, you confirm they were created using AI music generation tools.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on VoteMyAI infringes your copyright, please contact us through our Contact page with the following information:
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL or location of the infringing content on our platform
• Your contact information (name and email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
Upon receiving a valid takedown request, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content in question. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
VoteMyAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-submitted content or any damages resulting from use of our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoteMyAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of VoteMyAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
